Safety first
Prompts can produce incomplete, biased, or incorrect output. Review important claims and use qualified professional help for medical, legal, financial, or other high-impact decisions.
Provenance and attribution
Describe where a prompt came from and credit meaningful source material. Do not publish private information, impersonation, deceptive claims, or content you do not have permission to share.
Report a concern
Use the report action on a prompt when its content, attribution, or behavior appears unsafe. Include a clear reason so the issue can be reviewed.
