Service Description

Soulriddle is a community platform where users can discover, share, and use AI prompts. The Platform provides the following main services:

• browse, search, and discover prompts (including divination, metaphysics, self-reflection, and creative themes);
• publish, edit, and manage your own prompts after registering an account;
• like, save, copy/download prompts, and open them for use in third-party AI models;
• comment and participate in community interactions; and
• tip creators, and allow creators to receive tips and settle them through the wallet.

The Platform does not directly provide divination, fortune-telling, or other metaphysical services. Prompts on the Platform are intended only to guide users in conversational interactions with AI models.

Accounts and Registration

• When registering, you must provide a genuine, accurate, and complete email address and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you discover that your account has been compromised or is at risk, please contact us immediately.
• We reserve the right to refuse registration and to suspend or terminate accounts.

Intellectual Property

3.1 Platform Content

The intellectual property in the Platform's website interface, logos, copy, design, and content provided officially by the Platform belongs to the Platform or the respective rights holders and may not be used without permission.

3.2 User Content and License

The copyright in the prompts, comments, and other content you publish (collectively, "User Content") belongs to you or your authorized licensors. For the purpose of operating and displaying the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, display, distribute, translate, summarize, and promote your User Content, and to create derivative forms related to Platform functionality (such as preview text).

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have obtained all rights and authorizations necessary to publish your User Content;
• your User Content does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, trade secret, or other rights; and
• your User Content does not contain anything that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

3.3 Third-Party Rights

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of others' prompts does not infringe third-party rights. Before copying, redistributing, or commercially using others' content, you should obtain the rights holder's consent (except where otherwise permitted by law).

License to Use and Restrictions

You may browse, copy, and use publicly available prompts on the Platform for personal learning, creation, and entertainment purposes. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the complete content of others' prompts without the creator's written consent;
• remove or alter attribution or copyright notices in prompts;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the Platform's source code; or
• copy, duplicate, sell, or exploit the Platform itself (as opposed to content on the Platform) for commercial gain.

We or the content creators reserve the right to hold you liable for violations of the above restrictions.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• publish content that is illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others;
• publish content involving the sexual exploitation of or harm to minors (we have zero tolerance for such content and will remove it, terminate the associated accounts, and may report it to law enforcement as appropriate);
• impersonate others or make false statements about your relationship with the Platform, brands, or organizations;
• publish false or misleading information or engage in fraud;
• publish spam, flood, or abuse tags/categories;
• use automated tools to mass-register, mass-publish, or manipulate leaderboards and search rankings (including artificially inflating likes, saves, views, or fake reviews);
• interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, attack the service, or gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or systems;
• upload viruses, malicious code, or exploit Platform vulnerabilities;
• use Platform prompts for high-risk decisions in medical, legal, financial, or other contexts, or induce others to engage in dangerous behavior; or
• violate applicable laws or regulations in any other way.

Content Moderation and Management

The Platform has the right (but not the obligation) to review User Content and may, without prior notice:

• refuse to publish, unlist, hide, or delete content that violates these Terms or applicable laws;
• modify prompt metadata (title, summary, category, tags) to correct obvious errors;
• take measures against violative accounts, including warnings, restrictions, and bans; and
• retain necessary records to comply with law enforcement and compliance requirements.

You understand and agree that administrators have final discretion over how Platform content is handled, but you may raise objections through the reporting and appeal channels, and we will handle them reasonably.

Tips and Payments

7.1 Nature of Tips

The Platform provides a "tip" feature through which users may voluntarily thank creators by purchasing virtual items (such as coffees). Tips are voluntary gifts; the amount, currency, and message are determined by the tipper.

7.2 Payment Processing

Tips are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Information generated during payment is handled by the payment provider in accordance with its privacy policy. The Platform does not store your card information.

7.3 Refunds

Once a tip has been successfully paid, it is considered complete and is non-refundable. Refunds are handled at the Platform's discretion, except in cases of fraud, system errors, or where required by law.

7.4 Receipt and Settlement

The Platform acts as the creators' limited payment collection agent, collecting tip payments and crediting the net amounts to creators' wallets in accordance with Platform rules.

Creators may request withdrawals according to the withdrawal rules shown on the wallet page; the Platform may charge fees or adjust amounts during settlement (including refund and chargeback handling), as described on the wallet page.

The recipient is solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from tip income. Accounts involved in payment fraud will be permanently banned.

8.1 Content Disclaimers

• Prompts on the Platform are created by community users and are provided for reference only; they do not constitute the Platform's official opinions or commitments.
• Divination, metaphysics, and self-reflection content is intended only for creation, learning, entertainment, and self-reflection, and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, investment, financial, or other professional advice. For matters involving health, safety, finances, legal rights, or crises, please consult qualified professionals.
• AI-generated responses may contain errors, biases, or "hallucinations." You should exercise your own judgment and verification before relying on any AI output, and the Platform is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI output.

8.2 Service Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty that:

• the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure;
• prompts will produce the expected results with any AI model; or
• content will remain continuously accessible or will not be modified or unlisted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data loss, or loss of goodwill) arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, reliance on Platform content or AI output, or disputes between you and other users.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• your violation of these Terms;
• your User Content infringing third-party rights; or
• your misuse of Platform features or unlawful conduct.

Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and access (including for breach of these Terms) at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• the license granted to you under these Terms immediately terminates;
• your publicly published content may continue to remain on the Platform (as handled under the Platform's content management rules); and
• records that must be retained for legal, compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes will continue to be retained.

You may also stop using the Platform or request account deletion at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes take effect, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page, and material changes will be announced through in-platform notifications or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court or arbitration body of that jurisdiction for resolution.

Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect;
• our failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right;
• you may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely; and
• these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.
