Care or Control? A Zen Reflection

1. In a Zen/mind-cultivation way, help me judge whether someone truly loves me. The key is not whether they go along with me, but whether they are willing to remind me, protect me, and help me see my obsession and real problems.
2. I want to know whether the other person loves me, indulges me, or controls me. Analyze from five angles: compliance, reminders, boundaries, genuine care, and helping me grow.
3. Around the theme "someone who truly loves you will not just go along with you," analyze: #relationship_background:textarea. Point out which behaviors are kind reminders and which may be harm or control.
4. Help me distinguish "breaking my obsession" from "suppressing and denying." My situation is: #specific_event:textarea. Give a gentle but clear judgment.
5. Use the Buddhist view of causes and conditions to analyze: why might some uncomfortable words actually help me wake up? Combine my relationship background.
6. Help me judge who around me is more like a true benefactor: not someone who only says nice things, but someone who dares to remind me, stop me, and keep me from detours at key moments.
